Suggestion: Display national flag!

As the title says: would it be possible to display player countries (simular to ICC, chess.com)?

how am I supposed to know the player country? Ask him?

give him the possibility to fill it in on sign up?

I like the idea of being able to display the country I'm from; adds a bit of colour to the site as well.

bah, if the nationality only appears on the user profile page, it wouldn't complicate the site. On the other hand, you can already mention your nationality in your profile page.

Where one could add specifically what he wanted, and choose to display that.

Or you could use Geo-IP things to determine which country the user is playing from.

It would help for team formation maybe? Some people like to create national teams on other sites. Also, some people like to play casual games with speakers of their own languages so they can chat. Could be useful, but I agree, should only be a profile option one can select, and at that point people could fib I suppose. Not much point to it.
