THIS SOLUTION WORKS IN ANDROID!

I think this was a Certificate issue. I wasn't able to access Lichess from both, the Chrome Android Browser and Lichess Android app.

Steps for solution in Android:
1. Go to the letsencrypt link quoted above
2. Download the PEM format of "ISRG_ROOT_X1" certificate.
3. Go to Security>Install Certificate from SD Card>"isrgrootx1.pem"

Also deleting the installed certificate by going Security>Trusted Credentials>User>Scrolling Down and Remove
and then reloading Lichess app or its website in Chrome Android tells me that this is for sure is a Certificate issue.

This works. Thanks.
Chrome says
1. your connection is not private. Someone trying to stael information and so on.
2. Using android version 7.0
How can I fix this problem please.
