Oh and if you mean suggesting moves to your opponent during a game: go ahead by all means. ⚠Careful, though, it should be casual if you're practically playing the game for them.
Personally I believe discussion is a valid form of learning / training. Especially say when you are learning new openings, or practicing endgame theory. It can be difficult to get a training partner OTB and chess study can be a lonely pastime. I would welcome the chance to play casual non rated games with discussion if the games are themed to a specific area (say Najdorf Sicilian, French Defence, etc etc)
