I was on a less moderated political forum and when you see how much people speak hate ... you realize what I mean by losing hope

Sometimes people are not equipped to understand what it was actually said and interpret different stuff.

Religion is violent by definition, at least they 2 major ones. Thats why they invented apologetics.
Im not entirely sure what the example is about politics, but sometimes is prone to interpretation as well.
