Not possible to move



I had a winning position with white, and the game did not allow me to move.
I checked lichess' status on multiple websites and it said it was not down, however, i was unable to play...

I connected both through the app and through the browser, using different networks and it always said "trying to reconnect", when my both my internet connections were working fine.

How can i report this situation so that this is not counted as a loss (and worse, as abandoned) from my side?
I also couldn't make a move in my game for more than seven minutes at about the same time.
