Correspondence Bug

I've been playing a rated game of Chess960 over correspondence for a couple weeks. I am up 13 points and going for checkmate. But at this point, the program won't allow me to move anything past my row of pawns on rank 7 (as black). This is a big problem because my Queen on rank 6 is being threatened by a pawn. I've tried clicking everywhere, flipping the board, going into analysis, and back. Nothing has worked.

Refresh the page, try logging out and logging back in, diagnose any internet connection problems, use a different browser, etc. Or make a safe move and try for checkmate later (you've essentially won at this point).

UPDATE*** The problem started happening again in a different correspondence variant game of mine. I switched browsers and the problem is gone. Thank You!!
