New lichess chess set pieces

When are we going to have new chess pieces and boards? I know the devs are busy with more important things about lichess but new chess pieces are important because people get bored of the same pieces. I know you can change skins with the extension userstyles and I'm using it right now but is not the idea.

userstyles.org/styles/browse/lichess You can install themes for Lichess.org. Simply install stylish, and then pick your style and install it. Here is a good piece set for starters.

There was progress on a new set, but I think it stalled github.com/ornicar/lila/issues/1701

You can give suggestions if you find/create sets which are under free licenses (free and good ones are not that common or easy to find). For non-free sets you need to retreat to userstyles

What I would like to see is move arrows instead of square highlights. Sort of like chess24's arrows. Would be helpful for "semi blindfold mode." Yes, moving arrows would be an excelent feature to have on lichess!
