What if someone is farting during serious chess match?

A versus B, 30 minutes serious match.

After 15 minutes, their positions are still even. Now is B's turn. But suddenly, A is farting. B smells and hears it, he feels disturbed.

B: hey A, you were farting, weren't you?
A: i didn't fart, maybe you were farting?
B: what did you say?

Then B calls arbiters to finish this problem.
What will arbiters do in this situation?
#1 ) Technically sounds that are natural and difficult to prevent technically are not counted as a distraction. A simple 'sorry' should resolve it.

However, because A has technically lied about it, then they could be subject to a penalty.

I think what the arbiters might do is give some time to B just because A wasn't honest at the start, however the arbiters might not know this, so I just think B would get +2 minutes or something I am not sure.

Or the arbiters might just leave it.

I have not much ideas, but vaguely on what I know, this is what'd happen. But it's probably inaccurate.
*I am not an 'experienced arbiter' or anything , so ask a proper one who actually has arbitered more proper events / has a better qualification.
Now you know the real reason we all wear face masks (or advised to).
"Wer ihn hat zuerst gerochen, dem ist er aus dem Arsch gekrochen."

Try to translate that.

if i will be A i will pressure me more to fart to distract B lmao
The arbiter should stop the entire tournament. Player A should be rugby tackled out of his chair and the arbiter should call the police. Player A will be pinned to the floor, face down, until the police arrive and take player A directly to jail. The arbiter will then resign the game, award player B the victory (it doesn’t matter that player A was up a rook in the game), and the tournament shall resume.

Identify the player with their signature smell
