An art of a picture

Nr. 3 is very mean. There is only one thing which is more humiliating in chess than losing.... when the opponent has clearly won the game and gives you a stalement on purpose, just to avoid that you lose. Such a behaviour shows that you are not taken seriously by your opponent, it's the same like losing on purpose - and, if you play a rated game, it ruins your statistics.
By the way, for the same reason I never lose on purpose even when I play against complete beginners or children. I always play as well as I can, but I allow my opponents to take back moves after obvious mistakes and sometimes I play with a handicap, like less pieces on the board.
Why no one played Qh1 - Qh3?
It's more energt efficient move.
