Low Game completion Rate

Recently played against a player that left in a losing position. The user has a 66% game completion rate. That means there's a ~72% chance of the user leaving in a lost position (excluding events beyond their control).

Was wondering if there's any repercussions for players like them?

Banning I think, if it happens x amount of times. I think the ban duration increases with each infraction?
