Why do I not have an RK rank?

eh, not really. there are only like 130 RK players on the leaderboard. I could literally be below average and still be top 100

Now pass me, I'm in the top 10 ;)

EDIT: Wow, @zaneanderman I just re-read what you posted and just understood. RK is really dying isn't it. I remember the good old days when you needed to be like 1900 for the top 100 and the leaderboard actually went up to 200 players.

looks like RK is losing its popularity cos around 1 year ago i used to play RK with greats like grainac, falconpower , E101 etc and at around 1900 thats when you the rank for 100 reached, now i see 1699 can get you a trophy wow think i might start playing RK again atleast to get a trophy :)

I played so much RK 2 years with those guys, had nearly 800 games with FalconPower and nearly 600 with Grainac, and so many with others

I can't even remember a lot of the people on the leaderboard today, either they are completely new or they got new usernames because they got marked for cheating with their old account or something. Its sad how as far as I know I'm the only one on that leaderboard who's been on there at least 2 years ago.

I think all the variants, other than anti-chess and 960, are dying. They are, for the most part, boring. Or solved.

@V2chess i cant remember if we played i used a different account i remember those mentioned cos they were so vocal in trying to popularize RK here even there was a 24hr RK marathon here it was awesome

it was around late 2018 vishyfishy was sponsoring the tournament with prizes trying to popularize the variant.
