Arena pairings

Arena tournaments often have long delays when waiting to get paired. Sometimes it lasts for 10 minutes where all of us are sitting there waiting to get paired. It would be nice to introduce some parameter settings such as:

1. Allow players to play one other a limited number of times. Default is infinite.
2. Pre-set time delay before each game begins. Default is 10 seconds.
3. Introduce delayed pairings if the match pairing is greater than or equal to a certain range. This prevent a 2300 from beating up on a 1200 etc.

Yeah maybe if lichess could delay the time it takes for someone to get paired up instead of getting paired up with someone who is not even close to your strength.

@InnerPiece If a 2300 and 1200 both won 10 straight games and are in 1st and 2nd respectively, they should be paired.

Well I mean it depends on who is behind them because I mean I guess they should but lichess should try a little bit harder to try to make the pairings a little more rating balanced is all I am saying.
